Marketing Center Team Development Activities

Our marketing center team development activities were staged with the theme of "refining team, surpassing self, uniting and pursuing excellence".

At the beginning of the activity, through random combination, we completed the formation of six teams, namely, "War Wolf Team", "Attack Team", "Eagle Team", "Tiger Team" and "Brave First Team". The six teams of "Brave First Team" and "Transcend Team" were formed, so that members could regroup and communicate with each other. In the activities to open themselves, strengthen the team's sense of cooperation, stimulate the team's aggressiveness, enhance the sense of collective honor, to meet the challenges behind.

The whole team of partners connects their feet together in a horizontal row with a legging rope. By walking sideways and forward on the prescribed route, they reach the end from the starting point in as little time as possible. In this project, teamwork is crucial, and how to adjust their own pace with the team is called the key to team success.

Challenge 99, which is a teamwork and team competition project, 4 sub-projects to complete the challenge within 99 seconds. This activity develops team members' ability to coordinate and collaborate, their ability to learn quickly and their spirit to fight.

We found the bright spots and shining points in each other that we could not see in our usual work, improved the division of labor and communication and collaboration ability through games, as well as the judgment in a high-pressure environment, improved team morale and cultivated team spirit.

We learned how to communicate effectively, use limited time and space to integrate the team, and at the same time make our own personalities obey the commonality of the team, so that we can unite together to play the maximum value!
