The HARMONY Liners are manufactured using premium Germany UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) and Germany Highly Cross-linked Polyethylene (PE) to ensure high wear resistance and long-term durability.
The tapered locking system and high dome support align the liner and cup surfaces perfectly. This maximizes contact area, effectively transmits forces, and significantly reduces postoperative wear and particle debris.
The 10° liner configuration provides 180° femoral head coverage and matches with 28mm, 32mm, or 36mm femoral heads. This design optimizes the joint's range of motion while maintaining a maximized contact area to reduce wear.
The HARMONY Liner (Constrained) features a specialized anti-rotation tap-scallop design between the liner and the shell, paired with a chamfered titanium locking ring to secure the system reliably.
