Product Details
TAICH LONG Cemented Femoral Stem
Special Description

The Threaded Hole is convenient to control rotation during implantation

132 degrees neck-shaft angle
Markings on the proximal stem is to assist positioning to restore exact leg length

The mirror-polished stem creates radial compressive loading to reduce shear force as stem migrates distally
Distal centralizer prevents the tilt of the prosthesis in the medullary cavity and equalizes thickness of the cement mantle

Revision Stem Length: 180mm, 200mm, 220mm

High-polish surface
The high-polish surface can convert part of the shear force at the cement-implant interface into compressive stress perpendicular to the cement mantle.
Bone cement is highly resistant to compressive stresses from the prosthesis. When a mechanically compatible prosthesis generates compressive stress during implantation, it should not cause fractures or damage to the bone cement layer.
Long-term clinical follow-up has confirmed this.
