Product Features and Clinical Value

The Ossenhan Reverse Shoulder System is designed to enhance implant stability, improve range of motion, and support long-term clinical outcomes:

Titanium and Hydroxyapatite (HA) Composite Coating

Applied to both humeral and glenoid components, the composite coating offers high bonding strength, excellent corrosion resistance, superior biocompatibility, and strong osteoconductivity, promoting long-term osseointegration.

Vitamin E–Blended Highly Cross-Linked UHMWPE Liner

Optimized material formulation improves wear resistance and oxidation stability, effectively extending implant service life.

Eccentric Glenoid Design

The eccentric spherical glenoid increases adduction angle, improves shoulder range of motion during adduction and abduction, and reduces the risk of mechanical impingement and scapular notching.

135° Neck–Shaft Angle Humeral Stem

Compared with conventional 155° designs, the 135° neck–shaft angle enables better anatomical reconstruction, enhances the deltoid lever arm, improves joint stability, increases mobility, and reduces inferior scapular contact.

Osseointegration Performance

A 26-week bone implantation study evaluated 12 implant sites. The results demonstrated abundant new bone formation at the implant interfaces, with tight bonding between the coating and newly formed bone. No fibrous capsule formation or inflammatory cell infiltration was observed.
