Material Selection

Highly adaptable biomaterials balancing wear resistance and biocompatibility.

Core load-bearing components are manufactured from Ti6Al4V titanium alloy and forged CoCr-Mo alloy to meet structural strength requirements under physiological loads. Bone-contact surfaces are coated to enhance osseointegration.

Vitamin-E humeral insert: effectively prolongs implant service life, providing oxidation stability,wear resistance, and mechanical strength.

Fixation Method

Cementless osseointegration provides both primary stability and long-term fixation.
Core load-bearing components are made of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy and forged Co-Cr-Mo alloy
to meet physiological load requirements, with coated bone-contact surfaces to enhance osseointegration.
Vitamin-E humeral insert effectively extends implant longevity with excellent oxidation stability, wear resistance, and mechanical strength.

● Straight stem with tapered design provides anti-rotation and ensures primary implant stability.

● Proximal roughened stem surface with high friction coefficient ensures reliable initial stability.

● Glenoid baseplate features a modular 6.5 mm central screw with four peripheral screws for initial stability.

● Central peg helps transfer load to the scapula, enhancing fixation and shear resistance.

● Composite coating on both humeral and glenoid sides ensures long-term stability and osseointegration.

● Dual coating of pure titanium and hydroxyapatite (HA) provides excellent bioactivity and osteoconductivity, enhancing long-term implant stability.

● Ensures sufficient mechanical strength and porous structure for 3D bone ingrowth anchorage.

● Humeral insert radius is slightly larger than the glenosphere, allowing sliding during motion to reduce peripheral load and prevent loosening.
