SKI PS High Flexion Total Knee System
● Tibial Tray Design
A narrow triangular wing design minimizes bone loss.
● Full Compatibility
Full-size universality between the femoral condyle and tibial tray offers enhanced intraoperative flexibility.
● Patellar Stability
Deepened, elongated, and proximally widened trochlear grooves ensure postoperative stability.
● Enhanced Wear Resistance
Ultra Precision Mirror Polishing reduces the roughness of the femoral condyle and tibial plateau to less than one-third of the national standard, significantly improving wear resistance.
● Component Interchangeability
1:1 coronal congruency enables complete interchangeability of femoral and tibial components.
SKII CR High Flexion Total Knee System
● PCL Preservation
Retains the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) to enhance proprioception and natural knee function.
● Intraoperative Flexibility
Multiple options (CR & AS or PS) allow seamless switching during surgery for optimized patient outcomes.
● High-Flexion Design
Femoral posterior condyle morphology enables joint flexion beyond 145° for improved mobility.
● Reduced Wear & Debris
Ultra-smooth mirror surface finish on the femoral condylar prosthesis minimizes postoperative wear and debris generation.
SKII PS/PS+ High Flexion Total Knee System
● Intraoperative Flexibility
The choice between PS or PS+ tibial bearing to optimize stability:
PS: No varus/valgus constraint, allows up to 15° internal/external rotation.
PS+: Restricts 2° varus/valgus deviation and ±2° internal/external rotation.
● Enhanced Stability
An anterior dovetail design on the tibial bearing minimizes micromotion between the bearing and tibial tray compared to competing brands.
● Osteolysis Risk Reduction
A tapped bind hole on the tibial tray effectively reduces the risk of osteolysis caused by wear.
SKII RPS High Flexion Total Knee System
● Tibiofemoral Interchangeability:
1:1 coronal plane congruency allows complete interchangeability between femoral and tibial components.
● Stress & Wear Reduction:
Central design enables the tibial insert to rotate during knee flexion, promoting natural motion and reducing implant stress and wear.
● Anti-Dislocation Design:
AS insert features a highly conforming 10 mm anterior lip to prevent femoral dislocation from the tibia.
● Osteolysis Risk Reduction:
A tapped bind hole on the tibial tray effectively reduces the risk of osteolysis caused by wear.
● Universal Central Cone Location:
Consistent central cone placement across all sizes allows for two-way sizing between the tibial insert and base.
● Fully Interchangeable Sizing:
RPS and PS options ensure full interchangeability based on ligament structure and function.
