Product Details
SKII PS/PS+ High Flexion Total Knee System - China Suppliers & Factory for Enhanced Stability and Flexibility
Special Description
2 Options of Tibial Bearings
Standard and PLUS
- PS: No varus/valgus constraint
- PS: 15 degrees internal/external rotation
- PS+: 2 degrees varus/valgus constraint
- PS+: +/-2 degrees internal/external rotation
Used in a primary situation when more stability and initial constraint is desired to resist rotation and varus/valgus lift-off.
Stem Extensions
For optimal stress distribution
Same Platform Design
Meets requirements of both primary and complex primary TKA
Augment Options
Multiple specifications tibial augment for varying degrees or shapes of the tibial bone defect
Product Features - Seamless System, Deal with Possible Bone Defects
Normal Primary TKA
Complex Primary TKA
Tibial defect is treated with tibial augment; stem is required to protect the defect.
Advanced Care
Large central tibial defect is treated with tibial cone; stem is used to strengthen prosthesis fixation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The SKII PS bearing offers standard function with no varus/valgus constraint and allows for a 15-degree internal/external rotation. The SKII PS+ bearing provides enhanced constraint with a 2-degree varus/valgus constraint and restricts rotation to +/-2 degrees for added stability.
The PS+ option is typically utilized in primary TKA situations where increased stability and initial constraint are required to effectively resist rotation and prevent varus/valgus lift-off.
The Femoral Condyle and Tibial Tray are constructed from durable CoCrMo (Cobalt-Chromium-Molybdenum) alloy, while the Tibial Bearings are made from high-quality Germany UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) for excellent wear resistance.
The system features a Same Platform Design that accommodates multiple specifications of tibial augments, stem extensions for optimal stress distribution, and tibial cones to strengthen fixation in cases of large central defects.
The SKII Femoral Condyle (PS) is available in sizes 1# through 9# (with distinct Left and Right options). The SKII Tibial Tray is available in sizes 1# through 7# to accommodate a wide range of patient anatomies.
